Commentators said that we have 28 fit players to chose the team
from. That is awful new, I hope some players come back soon as
with Crumpton we are down to 27 now!

I've been saying for ages that I don't understand why we never
seem to compete at the lineout. Last night it was one of the
things that saved us at the end.

Im pretty sure that it that was a league game, a few of those
"injured" players listed would have played

Youngs was the man (if my eyes were working). Seemed to cause a
bit of hassle in their line out (even if he did not win it)

Also forgot Saunders who i thought played better than Care. He
surely must develop well having Care and Landajo around with his
youth and pace. I hope he continues to improve to succeed Care
as first choice.

I don't think that Saunders will ever be our first choice. I
understand that his play time needs to be managed due to health
reasons. Therefore, I think he will be a bench player and 3rd
choice.

Can you explain that a bit more, NS? (Or anyone else)

Bruiser!
I do wonder why we'd chose a player that can't play as much as
he/we would like, especially as in the past, we've had to rely
on third string SH for long periods.
But full marks to the lad for persisting in a career designed to
bruise and bleed you!

Thanks for sharing that NS, I wondered why he had left a few
seasons back but then still appeared to be with us.
Got to admire him for the determination to achieve his dream of
being a pro when fighting his condition.
