They will want to join clubs where something special is
happening and we now all know what that means don't we?

I bet Exeter are at their limit. Some might want to stay in
London.

But we are apparently spending to the limit anyway, so unlikely
to be able to accommodate .
Also reading that as the salary cap is based on the whole
season, ie amount paid out, you can in theory be under the cap
until all the total expenditure is totalled up so may well be
sometime before any are leaving

As we are led to believe that all of the players are there for
the love of he club then no doubt most of them will be more than
happy to take a pay cut to remain.

signings emerge.

If those rumoured to be leaving actually leave we will have a
few quid for someone like Joel Kpoku

Just goes to confirm how disproportionately lenient the points
deduction was. They should have been relegated. How fair is this
years league?

My suggestion would be that they are investigated just at the
end of the season. If they're found to have been paying over the
cap again, a further deduction should be immediately applied. If
that puts them into a relegation spot, then so be it.
