window, Sinklers attitude, no real cohesion. Makes perfect
sense. It wouldn’t surprise me if Gustard does go, which he
should, that we hear from former players (probably Sinks when he
moves on) how toxic things were with players frustrated at the
lack of proper direction

It's very interesting searching and then reading your 70-odd
posts so far. Seems to be a common theme. Can anyone guess what
it is?

The coaches report to ceo and presumably are responsible to him
for their performance. The ceo was part of their selection panel.

If Gustard has lost the dressing room like JK did then we must
have a very fragile minded set of players. I do not think this
is the case, I agree with the discussion on the BBC Rugb pod
with Jones, DC and Ugo. We don’t currently have a DNA or style
of play. Therefore the players do not know what they’re supposed
to be doing keep it tight. Expansive or any other style. This
also leads to our lack of game control 4 kicks of high onl 2
were effective from MS against a press defence?
We need to sort out how we want to play - The blue Print
Message it to the players
Let them execute it
Accept. It will not work straight away but with our squad it
will and We’ll see success.

I've been following quins for 20+ years, and I've grown tired of
watching us year on year fall further and further behind the
pack when it comes to competing with most teams in the league.
Ask yourself, when was being a Quins supporter actually
"enjoyable?" or the fact you looked forward to watching a game
rather than turning up hoping for the best. Stockholm syndrome
in terms of accepting defeat has set in with a few people on
here and I wont accept the standard the club has now become.

Well, I’ll tell you what for! I’ve never been a coach but if
they continue to eff up the coaching and lose the dressing room,
why not put some signs up: “Dressing room this way”?

I've been following Quins for longer. In all that time we have
been a team who have been consistently inconsistent. I enjoyed
winning the Premiership and the various cups but recognise that
along with most clubs we can't hope to compete in a league with
a team who "wins" trophies by cheating year in and year out.
Personally I don't see what slagging of the club you support at
every opportunity achieves and that if I gained so little
enjoyment from following a club I would find something else to
do with my time but that's just my opinion of course.

Apparently, according to Admin, this is offensive, so apologies
to any that might have heard anything untoward during the
commentary...
