I'd keep Semi. Great player and I still think we do not play him
enough.

I hope that Semi and Tex feature against Clermont and show
us/Quins hierarchy why they should be kept in the squad - they
have a great chance of proving their value and taking on the big
chaps that Clermont will bring to the game.
It might be a dead rubber, but as we may need to put out a
similar side to that we played against Bath (still have limited
resources according to Guscott), what better than to prepare for
a game against Series with a good run out and win at home
against Clermont. Great for morale...

Yes but he didn't thrive in France before, didn't we pick him up
from Toulouse where he hadn't been playing much?

Yeah, true, though Toulouse had an incredible back row to choose
from. You're not going to get many opportunities when Dusautoir,
Picamoles, Harinordoquy, Camara, Galan are at the club!

TBF, Harry Nordo Key retired 4 or 5 years ago, Dusatoir 3 or 4
years ago and Picamoles had a season at Saints during that time
before moving to Montpelier, so they weren't really keeping Semi
out.

Cobus Reinach is leaving Saints - no mention in attached article
where he might be going, but it mentions money concerns for
future, so perhaps France/Japan.

Not quite Semi joined Toulouse in 2015 and those guys were at
Toulouse for the majority of his time there. No surprise he
started playing a lot more when that crop retired! He had one
season without Dusautoir for example.
