Over heard that Buchanan is being released, Crumpton thinking of
going to either clubs mentioned above due to Quins messing him
around. Will this mean a top hooker being signed or was this
supposed to be Baldwin who has not lived up to the name? I hope
we keep Crumpton, he would be #1 for me.
Sinkler has already signed else where apparently too. Gloucester
or Bristol. Only positive i have heard is that Dombrandt has
signed a new contract, this season + 2 and obviously Marchant
with another 3
I’m worried about the next few seasons with this standard of
recruitment, very few of this seasons new arrivals have
particularly stood out

Not sure either of the hooker losses are big ones for me. Rob
has had so many injuries and been unlucky and Max is good but
far from irreplaceable.
Dombrandt and Earle would be the key players to keep.

Certainly agree with the last bit. Losing them to Saints would
be folly and would make me question even more what we’re playing
at as a club.

I am pretty sure Dombrandt is staying. Saints have apparently
signed Fearns

Shame if Crumpton goes, I thought he looked like he was first
choice before his injury. By the sounds of it there could be
plenty of rebuilding required in the summer.

According to the BBC interview with Danny sometime ago Dombrsndt
has re-signed.

I'd say Elia is streets ahead now. Possibly the form hooker in
the league.

I think Jamie George and Luke Cowan-Dickie might have something
to say about that! Elia's playing very well for us, though.

Maybe... It does help that they're in teams that are playing
well I think. Fair point though.
