England is very short of scrum halves. As said above I don’t
think his contract is up anyway or Brownie. Both bring a huge
amount to the team and Club behind the scenes and this would be
folly in my opinion. What sort of club do you want Quins to be?

Personally I want Quins to be a team which plays smart rugby to
win games. If we can do that with players who have come through
the academy & then stay as one club players then great. However
what I don’t see us as a club doing at the minute is
understanding how to attempt to win games away from the stoop on
a consistent basis. Big team learn how to do this & a big part
is knowing how to play the ref. We are currently clueless in
this regard

We need to attempt to win games at the Stoop on a consistent
basis first!

Forme, Brown has to stay for several reasons. Firstly, he's in
rehab; hopefully he'll still be the player he was once he
returns. Secondly, he's shown time and again that age is not an
issue for him, and his influence on the younger players must be
immeasurable. Thirdly, and perhaps most importantly, how do you
think it will affect anyone either just starting their career at
Quins, or looking to join, if the club simply ditch such a
servant to Quins due to injury, after what he's given? Think of
the rumours about Kyle being less than impressed with how JTH
was treated.
Care is a different matter. He still has a lot to offer but I
think he'd be better off in a new environment, and could get a
nice pension in France, or even Japan.
Robshaw - don't even think about it. The man is the rock that
Quin have been built on for the past decade and more. Second
greatest Quin ever? I'd say the greatest, bar none.

We need to keep Mike Brown - he is a great player and will come
back. Robshaw needs keeping. Care needs to be told to stop
waving his arms around and wasting time at rucks and just get
the ball out. He used to do the same a few years ago, stoped and
his game improved and he is back doing it again. From the last
few games it looks like Sink has checked out and already
wondering where to live in Bristol. We need to keep Joe.

We don't seem to see Care sniping around the rucks any more,
which used to keep the oppo guessing. I wonder if he's lost his
pace?

Aye, he just ships it on now. Slowly. No more picking it up and
threatening the fringe defenders before snapping a pass to a
midfield runner going through a gap... Watching Reinach reminds
me so much of young DC9 :(
