There’s no other word for it: we are simply rubbish.
Same story week after week after week.
Poor handling. Dropped balls. Shaky set piece. Kamikaze style
discipline. Falling off tackles.
Gustard’s recruitment of 16 or so mediocre players, including
has beens like Goneva.
Really really why bother watching?

Best players tonight in the backs were the youngest, Smith,
Murley, Gabs.
Best players in the pack were the second row boys and Robshaw.
The rest id happily clear out and start again...

Agree that Gabs, Murley and Smith were the most encouraging
players for us. They frequently are. Smith, in particular,
should truly be given the chance to lead the team's attacking
play. He has the skill and vision.
Injuries are killing us. I hope Elia is okay. Boy, are we
missing Marchant in attack and defence too. If Elia is out for a
while we could be in real trouble. Was Crumpton part of the warm
up squad today? I thought I saw him there.
