Surely once he realises yarde started that it should be a

Er no. Yarde's elbow drop onto Robshaw was. Hence him getting
binned.
Robshaw with a massively stupid offside...

That was an appalling call, compounding a night in which Sale
have been allowed to be offside at almost every breakdown,
repeated side entry, tacklers holding on, lazy runners hanging
around on the wrong side of the ruck, a punch (following
Marler’s arm) that wasn’t even looked at, and countless high
tackles ignored.
Quins aren’t playing well, but when the ref isn’t doing his job
you can understand the frustration.

No it wasn't, Yarde elbow to Robshaw back was the first offence

Penalty restart to Sale because pulling Yarde out was the most
serious offence. Much worse than a shoulder drop on the back of
a prone player...
