I think that KS’s bad habits are resurfacing - missing out on
almost all the RWC Final with the injury and the then the move
from Quins and his focus has changed. When he used to be
targeted in the Premiership, he’d make mistakes and the team
often paid for them.
Collier has had too many injuries in last year or so and hasn’t
played enough to get his previously evident skills up to speed.
He needs plenty of game time, which hopefully he’ll get come 6N
so he can push on next year. He should be a pillar for the
future, once KS departs, as he won’t attract a top salary unless
he really gets his mojo back, which I really hope he does.

I still think Kerrod will be a good addition. Maybe not a first
choice, but a good squad option

I wondered about this. If a deal isn’t done he certainly isn’t
selling himself. So either the deal is already done or he’s
frustrated on and off the field.

I thought a deal could not be done until Jan. I also thought he
could not talk to anyone until then. I did see a rumour (i must
stress that it was just that, im not saying there is any fact to
it) that Quins were a bit upset that the Sinks deal to another
side was seemingly done before it should be.

Pretty sure other clubs are not allowed to approach a player out
of contract at the end of the season until January. Would be
frustrating from a Quins point of view if it has happened but
wouldn't be surprised if all clubs put of feelers pre January
and suggest a salary.

Whilst no official talks can take place between clubs & players
can take place before January, there's lots of ways that agents
can let potential clubs know that a player may be open to
discussions about a move, etc...

Is the rule that "clubs aren't allowed to approach the player"?
In which case surely a player could approach a club... or is the
rule that "there can be no talks before Jan"?

Certainly his body language has been telling these past two
games, on & off the pitch. LOVE the guy but possibly time for
him to move on and take his ego with him!

Bad day for Sinckler , he was dominated in the scrum and clearly
didn't enjoy himself .
A couple of good offloads and a couple of breaks , but a wild
one for the interception try .
More annoying for me was that he was helped off the pitch like
he had a serious injury , but 5 mins later was bouncing about
laughing and joking with the bench . Reminds me of the Marland
Yarde situation and a player that ( for whatever reason )isn't
playing for the shirt , and really doesn't want to be there .
Which is a shame as he has been well looked after at Quins since
a young teenager and should have the loyalty to get stuck in
till he goes , if he does that everyone will wish him well ,
if not it will be an acrimonious departure which would be sad
all round .

Do you think the club should do the same as they did with Yarde
and let him go before the season ends?
