Don't bother.
The club should dissociate from them completely.
After the comically shoddy inaugural trip to Ashton Gate last
season, to be fair, things did pick up somewhat and there have
been a "few" decent runs.
That said, the number of available games has been very poor, and
there have been several reports of trips being cancelled at
short notice.
That's just happened to me personally. Ricoh trip cancelled -
even though full payment taken in advance - just one week before
the fixture.
Never again.
Idiots.

Well this escalated quickly! CAPS LOCK and all! Is our away
support really dwindling? Or is it - perhaps - that people
prefer the flexibility of making their own arrangements?

Coach travel not practical for many of us living away from SW
London but still get to the majority of away games.

Same as Beds said coach not practical
Our away support I would say isn’t as good as it has been and
even Sarries seem to take more to away games these days

Away games are pretty much a no go for me now with the kids and
if/when I do go, I'll make my own way as I live in Kent.
The away performances over the last couple of seasons are also
likely to have driven down the number of people who may go to a
few games per year. We still get good turnouts for the
destination games in Europe though.

Surely the terms and conditions allow the company to cancel a
coach if it doesn't receive sufficient bookings? If so it's
surely a case of buyer beware.

Maybe we could think about more creative ways of getting
supporters to away games.
E.g. car sharing is a good option. - e.g. blablacar
You can share your car with people travelling to an away game
and get your costs covered.
As an example.
Assume that you have a car that can comfortably take a driver
with three passengers and you live in Bracknell. With blabla,
you could set up a trip from Bracknell to the Ricoh for
instance, You could advertise the trip on this site. People
would be able to book a seat either all the way - or, maybe from
a pickup point en route. You would either approve or reject the
booking (i.e. make sure that it was only a person actually
travelling to the game). The passengers then pay for e portion
of the trip cost. BlaBla cover all the insurance, etc. It is a
very sociable way of travelling and it gives you the option of
staying after the game to watch the post match entertainment
etc.

The product on the pitch also has something to do with it, I go
to the close away games but to get out to exeter or worcs or up
to midland waspies etc isn't cheap and takes a reasonable amount
of planning, if our chances are slim to nothing on a decent game
rather than capitulation or complete lottery then I'd rather
spend that money elsewhere. (now I'll wait for the incoming
you're not a proper fan rubbish)
I don't expect a win every time but at least for the team to
turn up on the coach and these last few seasons they really
haven't, so I'll do every home game come what may but will let
my nerves settle down and have a rest for the days of the away
losses.
