Losing Browny is a massive blow. I don’t really see how we can
get a replacement of similar calibre? With the Super Rugby
season starting soon, I doubt that we’ll have many SH options
available to us and NH sides are unlikely to be letting anyone
of that standard go a quarter of the way through the season.
Random I know, but I wonder if we could lean on our Fijian lads
to pick up Enele Malele, the Fijian Drua 15 who played against
the Barbarians a couple of weeks ago.

I think with that kind of injury at this age, that's his career
probably over.
I have no idea who we can possibly call up instead as injury
cover

I would say that if Chis Snr plays like that every week, then we
don't really need to worry about injury cover.

If Chis Snr played like that every week none of us would. But he
doesn't, so we do.

Maybe a little harsh on him. We really don't seem him playing a
full back every week.
Maybe only a hand-full of times over the last few seasons?
Last time I saw him play there (I think) was an A-league game
last year where he switched to fly half at some last season.
Therefore, I really don't have enough recent data to do any sort
of meaningful analysis.

It was a good option on Sunday when he was used as an
alternative first receiver.

Do we know how long Morris is out for?
Edit: Never mind. I've found the Injury update from November,
saying he's a few weeks away from fitness after a Ligament
injury. Hopefully he'll be back by the New Year to give us
another option at FB.
