One of the options I miss at the Stoop is one they had a few
years back where one food stall had large pans of various food
like curry, chilli, other "ethnic" foods, depending on
weather/time of year etc. You could get a decent warming
serving of rice & curry for a reasonable price.
I also miss the old Mulled Wine stand in the winter months,
where you could get a large flask of mulled wine for £12, with
the flask part of the price. It was great for those cold winter
months to sit in the stand with some hot mulled wine you could
drink during the game to warm you up!

I have rarely bought food at the Stoop outlets. The fish and
chips used to be good and decent value. Not so now. I had the
worst burger I’ve ever had and paid £8 For the privilege. I
should have asked for my money back but was with others and
decided not to make a scene. The general consensus seems to be
that the food is very poor so why don’t we all just not buy any
at the ground .

Twickenham Junction was the confluence of roads in Twickenham,
King Street, London Road and Richmond road. There was a large
traffic island where the three roads converged, with a
underground public lavatory down the steps.
