I think that the final few minutes of Ugo gushing about the
concept should really have been identified as advertising or
       promotion rather than commentary.

Too much like training sessions, too easy to score. We already
have Touch and Sevens so not sure what is being achieved with
this format other than somebody thinks they can make money from
       it.

I can understand the rationale behind this. It's a game that can
be played in a park, on a beach, wherever with just 4 jumpers to
make the corners of the pitch (in the same way we all used
jumpers as goalposts playing football as kids). Simple scoring
system. Why they're making it 5 points for a try and not just a
single point is puzzling, though. It's basically Touch but with
       the "Touch" element taken out.
My issue is that it's being pushed as the "Best thing ever" for
Rugby and RL in the same way as the "Hundred" competition is in
Cricket at the moment. In both cases it's very similar to an
existing variant (Sevens/T20) and may actually harm the existing
variant due to overload. Sevens has managed to break into the
Olympics where it has had a good response (including giving Fiji
their first Olympic medal in the process) so more effort should
       go into promoting that globally.

As someone said on Twitter its British Bulldog with a ball. Not
       for me I'm afraid.

A little surprised that people on here were expecting it to be
aimed at the likes of us. I'm sure a few 15s fans might enjoy it
for what it is, but this was always going to be targeting
primarily a younger demographic and one that would rather get up
and go to the bar than sit through reset scrums. Hang on a
second... Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
