       World Cup Final.....

IF the boys in white make the final there is some talk about
opening HQ and play the final on the screens. I have posed the
question, but unless they wheel in a big screen on the pitch
there is ZERO % I would go along to watch on those tiny screens.
       Anybody have any thoughts??

They *could* do it by setting up the stadium in "Concert" mode &
have a massive screen at one end. The problem is whether they
could get all the sign-offs required in place in time. Could
they persuade Richmond Council & The Met to agree to it in a
matter of 24/48hrs? As the Final is 9am on a Saturday morning,
how many would they expect to be there? Could they get enough
stewards & staff in place in time? How about the ticketing?
Given there's only 6/7 days between the SFs and the Final,
there's no time to send out tickets. Would they go for a full
80k capacity or limit it? Would it be a case of walk up & hope
       to get in?
I'm not writing off the idea, but there's a lot of
hurdles/questions that would need to be cleared/answered to do
it, and I doubt that they could get everything in place in time.

My understanding is it will be on the big screens in the seating
       bowl.
I like they idea, but every rugby club and pub will be showing
it on big screens (inside), so I would be surprised if many
people want go to Twickers and watch it in the stadium.

       9am Kick off
       Probably have rail works
As mentioned every rugby club and pub showing it
It would make a game at Allianz park seem like a great
       atmosphere

£20 a ticket to watch the game on TV????
Then, spend another £10 for breakfast, etc.
I wonder how much Spoons in the high street are charging for
       entrance?
