We've being waiting for that since a long time.
And now, please: Toulon and Racing.

Yes, but it needs to be backed up by non-financial, sporting
penalties too. If someone can spend what they want then a fine
is just part of that.

And ... it's all gone rather quiet re. Salarycens, has it not?
The Premiership/RFU worried about 'bad publicity' for rugby
during the RWC, perhaps?

As I said before, nothing will happen to Saracens. They will
continue to 'play about' with the cap. Expect several new RWC
stars by Christmas....

I do think Saracens need to have the book thrown at them.
Respect their successes but I think it’s not much of a
competition anymore.

it does appear to be a joke but as no-one does anything then it
will just continue.

Make the big fine come out of the Salary Cap.

Agreed. It has honestly made me totally disinterested. I have
a ST and have had onbe for many years but I have never got to
the start of season and been to totally disinterested. This will
be the last time I bother with a ST and will probably watch very
few games and will go to watch Brentford. I just cannot be
bothered with a sport where 1 club is allowed to cheat and the
authorities are so weak they just let it carry on for years.
Problem is a fine is nothing to the owner he has lost around 50m
in the last 5 seasons or so he could not care less, he will just
carry on.
