it was a good evening, very informative. And yes, like previous
meetings of this sort there was some stuff discussed that the
club wouldn't want broadcast to the wider world. Usually they
ask you at the start to respect confidentiality, maybe this time
they realised they'd missed that. If the club has been
concentrating on the new season, new stadium, getting the team
sorted etc... I don't really care this was far down the things
to do list.

The point is that a lot of people specifically asked for this to
be released to the wider fanbase as we thought there were
questions that needed answering, and were told in no uncertain
terms that it would be.

Can we investigate the possibility of events such as this
include the option of being hosted online behind a
password-protected login system? Not everyone is local, so can't
attend events during the week. If we had a system where a real
name & address were required (by using a debit/credit card to
access the event online) that would keep a level of control that
the club want while allowing more Quinssa members to ask
questions, get feedback on the clubs plans, etc. A moderator at
the event with a laptop could act as the online host, reading
out the questions, etc.

I would suggest that they can't be that bothered about
confidentiality. If they are then it's rather bizarre to talk
about sensitive stuff to a large group of strangers.

I for one am aghast that Quins often ended up in positions where
we needed to score more than the opposition to win matches.

I don't get it ! , I appreciate that the idea to record the
session was management not Quinssa , but having given that
assurance , to then backtrack on it shows a real lack of
respect for Quinssa , and the supporters by implication .
I was at the meeting , and don't recall any 'commercially
sensitive' information , a few off the cuff remarks about ring
fencing the Prem that I knew wouldn't make the cut but that's
the point isn't it , it was always going to be an edited version
. so edit out the sensitive bits ! .
