"Borrowed" from a BTL comment on todays' Rugby piece in the
Guardian: You can make a valid argument that we're the most
improved teeam since last season. Look at the league points and
position changes for the 11 teams that played in both '17/'18
and '18/'19.
1. Harlequins 20 points (5 places)
2. Northampton 13 points (5 places)
3. Gloucester 12 points (4 places)
4. Worcester 10 points (1 place)
5. Sale 1 point (1 place)
=6. Exeter 1 point (0 places)
=7. Saracens 1 point (0 places)
8. Bath 0 points (0 places)
9. Wasps -20 points (-5 places)
10. Leicester -22 points (-6 places)
11. Newcastle -33 points (-8 places)

"arguably" is the right word, too close in the middle of the
table to provide a clear answer
