He's certainly made rapid progress up the ladder! Well done
Dicko. I guess he'll only be running the sidelines, but it's
still a vote of confidence in his reffing ability.

That's excellent news for him ,maybe he will get a low profile
game but if not it will be good prep for being in the middle in
4 years .

Yes, I always think I saw one of his first, if not the first,
blow of his whistle at the Reigate School 7s, 6 years ago. He
was there with a 'marker' who was talking to him all the time.
Treadwell, Cheeseman and South were all there as well playing in
one of the matches he reffed.

Lots of discussion during the refs night about this, lots of
friendly banter of course.....but to a man they were thrilled
for him!!!! (He's an AR at the WC, NOT a ref)

Great job in such a short period of time. But well deserved -
he's shaping up as one of the best game managers out there.
Presumably this is a stepping stone to potentially being one of
the match refs in four years' time.
