There's no hatred towards gays on my part. I just believe its
wrong. People should have the right to freedom of speech. God

He has that right indeed - that’s why he’s been sacked. He’s
free to say anything he wants. But he breached his employers
code of conduct.
(Also on a related not Quins support gay rights and equality).
