Faf is quality. I always thought he'd be a great signing for us,
before Sale nabbed him.
DC is also quality. Should be a great match up.

The line up looks really good; strength from 1 to 15. I hope
that the boys do not freeze against an aggressive Sale side.
That said, we have real steal now and are resilient in our
defence. Also, we very rarely look like we are beaten. We have
done so well to stay in most games and keep fighting for
whatever points we can get from the game. Hats off to Gussy and
the coaches for successfully drumming that in. Also, well done
to the players for implementing it on the pitch!
I am going to predict us to win by 5 points in a low-scoring
game. Care and Brown to score tries.

Depends which Quins team turns up - the one that switches off
for large parts of the game or the one that turned up and put in
a proper performance away at Newcastle. I'm not expecting the
latter because those are few and far between, even at home!

We need to win this. The pack of teams all vying for top 4 are
all playing each other over the next few weeks so we need to
make sure that we don't give the wrong 4/5 points away. If we
lose to Chiefs then fine but we have to do what we can to stop
Saints & Sharks getting anything from us.
We blew it against Glaws but can't do the same again.

Agreed - a win would give us breathing space.. Although, having
said that, I don’t think we, Gloucester, Sale or Saints are
consistent enough for the table to change significantly. I can
see all four teams winning 1 or 2 of the 5 games which probably
means the table stays more or less the same.
Also worth noting that Thorley and Woodward sound like they’re
out for the next few weeks, if not the rest of the season which
is a pretty big blow for Gloucester.
Ideally we win and Saints win (no BP) which means we maintain
the gap but go back in to 3rd.

You'd probably put Yarde, JOC and Ashton in there if everyone
was fit (not sure how though!) but it's pretty much the best we
have from what we have available

Maybe Ashton and Yarde would be in at 15 and 11 but your centre
pairing is pretty enviable to most clubs I'd say. Van Rensburg
is seriously gnarly and hard to bring down and Sam James is one
of the Prem's most consistent performers. We're very lucky in
the centres nowadays too with Marchant, Saili, Taps - but it's a
real weakness for many clubs.
Your team looks strong - I'd bet on you guys to win at home this
evening with the squads named.

Not sure we need to worry about chasing gloucester to be honest,
id rather see saints lose, then if we beat them at the stoop
next up id say top 4 is sewn up.

Don't care what other clubs do - it is Quins' winning that I
want. Win tonight and next week and then give it all to Clermont
the week after. Rotate against Chiefs and win at home against
Tigers. Wasps away shouldn't frighten this team.

Looking forward to tonight, be good to celebrate a win up at the
AJ for a change
Agree with Billy, let’s hope we can just do the job tonight, and
we really can start to look at a semi final
What a difference a year makes
