Assuming they thought amusing to try and disrupt the match but
really stupid behaviour and fair play for Warriors calling it
out publicly. Stupid also not thinking (or caring) about CCTV.
Not heard of this happening in any sports contexts, only with
planes (which always petrifies me!).

I don’t recognise the guys in question but I was high up in the
East Stand and noticed a green light shining on the ball in the
2nd half whilst it was sitting on the tee waiting for Demetri to
take a kick at goal ... I don’t know if it showed up on the TV
coverage although the main cameras were situated on the opposite
side of the pitch so may not have spotted it
The light disappeared before the kick was taken but it gave
every indication of being a laser light of some sort
Impossible for me to track the angle that the light was shining
from to help identify the culprits but Warriors must be pretty
certain of their facts to go public like this

Wuss do seem to have a small rather unsavoury element of
followers. I have witnessed several crude and bile filled posts
on the old Forum from Wuss "supporters".

It’s happened in football a fair bit in the past, especially as
people lined up to take penalties.

I didn't notice any laser lights , but I did ask the steward if
he knew where the dimmer switch was so he could turn up the
floodlights ....

Please don't reply "phone the club", but I don't see the same
photo and request on the Quins website, which I would have
thought would be sensible to do (unless they're already sure
these people are not Quins supporters, of course).

..it says in the copy that they are working closely with
Harlequins , no doubt an appeal will follow if they don't
identify them .

Have you seen the video of the bloke at Ashton Gate who
apparently ripped a Bristol flag off a kid and then punched his
mum? This was before the game had started - he was shown the
door by the stewards.
