Certainly not much finesse from the Wuss attack but plenty of
defending required from their very direct and strong running.

When we went down we were very upset by other clubs Joy at our

I wasn't upset. And people discussing something isn't the same
       as showing joy.

Taking stock and putting it simply; we are in the semis of the
Challenge Cup (Hooray!) and feeling a bit frustrated in the
league (Harrumph!) Mainly because we could have sewn up top 4 by
       now.
Sale was a tough one to take on Friday, largely because we lost
it rather than because they won it (which I think was the
message in 'Platoon' in relation to the US in Vietnam!) The
points seemed to be there for the taking. Leaving with nothing
       at all was a sickener.
Anyway, looking ahead, if Marler and Marchant are out then we
need the replacements to be up for it. I think we need Boyce
back to his best so that he can show Bath what they are getting
and what we will be missing next season. He also has a chance to
go there with some silverware, which should be motivation for
him. As for Marchant's replacements, I have always liked Alofa
but think he is a bit better suited to the wing. I would love to
see how Tapuai and Saili play together; that could be exciting.
Otherwise, the other 13 players from Friday should start again
on Saturday. Their mentality needs to be right, though. They
need to dust themselves down and remind themselves of the lovely
attacking stuff that they were exhibiting week after week in the
early part of the year, whilst remembering the brilliant
resilience that has been a feature of their play all season,
       most notably away at Bath.
If we can start well and go in with a decent lead at half time,
I think it will be a massive boost for the remaining games.
There is so much potential! Come on you Quins!!!!
Edit: For clarification, I would like Boyce to start, of course!
The question mark is Alofa vs Saili at Outside Centre.

Realistically I would hope we can beat Tigers at home on a
Friday night as it’s last home game of the season
Not very confident for Saturday going by how we played at the
AJ, but if Saints keep shipping points we have a good chance
Exeter away, let’s be honest unless they decide to rest a good
few as final is in the bag, it will be a right kicking
Wasps away, well you’d like to think of all fit we could win it
Hate to say it but think we will be watching what other do in
order for us to stay in 4th
But on the bright side , never expected us to be in this
       position 12 months ago

To be fair, all the teams hoping for fourth will be looking at
what others are doing. I dont see anyone winning 4 on the spin.
       All playing each other.
       Any news on Marlers injury.

I’m not expecting anything from Chiefs, but we are certainly
capable of beating Saints, Tigers and Wasps.
TBH the reason I was so annoyed about the performance on Friday
was because we shot ourselves in both feet rather than actually
playing poorly. Discipline aside, we looked decent. Infuriating!

Today was the perfect antidote to the home game v Glaws! Well

Again, we weren't. Hugely disappointing second half. it will be
hard to secure 4th now without at least two wins from 4 unless
the following pack all "Quinitis Amissis Morbo" (Disease Quins
       they all catch)

we've improved a fair amount from last year I think and that's a
good positive. it's a tight league this year below the top two
and discipline is what's holding us back. Hopefully the influx
of new players and the second year of Gussy will mean that also
improves. I still think we'll get 4th though.
