We may have had a LOT of problems in this second half but Dave
Ward is just a total liability.
Two ludicrous penalties given away in 2 mins. And he’s chippy
with it.
Just awful.

benefits he provides are not outweighing the cost he causes in
more and more games now

There are occasions where I just don’t think Dave knows the laws
of the game. His penalties are so often of the utterly blatant
and mindless variety!

Yes, which is exactly what I said.
But he is a liability almost every time he comes on now - and it
was his fault we nearly lost the LBP.

Only reason he's not more responsible for the second half is
that he didn't come on any earlier!

Yes, but rather than coming in and making things better, he made
them worse. We didn’t need a gamechanger, just a calming hand,
and he was like a bull in a china shop. He used to offer
consistent work in the loose to overcome his poor basics at
lineout. Now he’s a liability in both.
