Yeah but that can't possibly be the clue.
The robot is first -- the river pic I had assumed was something
to do with how it splits or an island (eyot?).
I'm baffled

Oh it's TAR. Wow. They could literally have chosen any other
picture in the world.
And you're right, a quick Google image search shows they've
stolen it from a company in Austen, Texas.

Probably why they chose that pic - v low risk. They're obliged
to pay out if the photographer/copyright owner comes calling,
but how likely is that?
Having said that, they should really just use Pixabay:

Couple of good ones announced today. If to be believed, we will
also see, Baldwin, Snyman, Herron, Young and Campagnaro
announced. I have a feeling that we will get a surprise or
two, one or two names out of nowhere that have not been
mentioned before. I would take a guess at Back row or Wing
