       My beef is specifically with the call of "use it" at the ruck.
       Look at law 15.17 here

       The scrum half
       has 5 seconds after the ref calls use it. I often will count the
       seconds between the call from the ref and there's times it's
       definitely longer than 5 seonds, but I have *never* seen the
       scrum sanction applied.

       You are right , ref calls use it then the scrum half rolls it
       back a bit with his foot , then calls in a couple of forwards to
       form a conga , then kicks it about 5 secs later !

       There were only 22 in the quarters that were out there Sunday,
       merrick didn’t get on which was a bit of a surprise as horwill
       and symons struggled the last 25 minutes

       Yep, that's my gripe with that particular law being applied. And
       before I get lambasted, it seems that all refs are guilty of
       this. As mentioned regarding other laws, I think it would only
       need to be applied a couple of times in a game to see the
       problem greatly reduced.
