Either way, love a Friday night in May drinking beer from 5pm
until Saturday with some rugby to look at while shoving annoyed
people out of the way to go to the loo during crucial moments in
       the game.

Personally, I hate Friday evening games as it rules out anything
over a single beer, plus having to drive two hours from work
including the worst section of the M25 (M40 to M3 stretch),
hoping that the Rosebine has an empty space, followed 25 mins
struggling to get out of the car park and another 90 minute
minimum drive to get back home around midnight.
Friday evening games make be nice for those a bus or single
train journey away, but for those of us who are any distance
away they're a massive pain. There's more of us than you think
that come long distances to support our club, and Friday evening
games are the hardest to make.

Last home game of the season on a Friday night will be something
of a novelty. Not ideal but can understand why with game at HQ
on the Saturday. Still think The Stoop will be sold out. The
crowd and the boys should be pumped if top 4 at stake. Will be a
cracking atmosphere. Plus the night to say farewell to some
       loyal servants of the club.

Might not be the last home game ... Home semi ? ...
I think its a shame that its not on a Sat pm .. especially for
the kids that can have a kick about on the pitch after the game
       .

at the Big Stoop, this only works for the 6N. The AIs run over 4
to 5 Saturdays (if you include the Barbarians game).
       > But, I think that playing on the same day as an England game
affects ticket sales. Numbers definitely looked down when we
played against Wales. So, maybe the club don't see this as a
       great option.

There are three Premiership games on this Saturday. Why don't we
play one of our away games on a Saturday afternoon k.o. 2p.m.?

       Good?
       Good!
What's good about playing on a Friday Evening?

I personally enjoy a Friday night fixture. Leaves the rest of
the weekend free for other activities or another game.

Much agreed. Not all the time but every now and then. Makes it
easier to watch Harlequins and play for my local club on a
Saturday without sacrificing one or the other, if I’m off from
       work!
