interesting morning. The nosy nose of the handmaid found itself
outside its door, soon followed by the rest of her. Lucky rubbed
her eyes sleepily, attempting to glare through her fist at the
trio that were to busy laughing at their own jokes to take much
notice of the risen maid.
> "You'd think you'd have slept at some point," Lucky said, a
yawn was quickly stifled so she could continue. "Between when
the rest of the freaking kingdom went to bed and now."
> The accused party seemed to try and look guilty, but failed
miserably as they dissolved into even more laughter. Leaving the
trio to their giggle fit, Lucky went about her morning duties,
still woefull about the missed sleep, but a job was still a job.
> Dressed, Lucky entered the throne room to find that Wolf was
already awake and hard at work attempting to keep the peace that
the land had become known for in her reign."Good morning!" Lucky
said, startling the elder and causing her to tear her eyes awake
from whatever work she was looking over at the time.
> "Good morning Lucky, anything to report?" The Queen asked with
an easy smile, ever the friendly one.
> "The trio is at it again," the handmaid sighed, though it was
one not of annoyance but of content. "Probably didn't sleep at
all this time with the way they're staggering and laughing so
much."
> The queen laughed, knowing very well of the antics that a
consort, a lord, and a scribe of all things, could get into
given they had the night to provide them cover for their dubious
acts.
> The thought of them seemed to make them appear, as if out of
nowhere, though their expressions were much more serious than
they had been in the hall moments prior.
> "We have a bit of a problem," the scribe spoke up first, their
bright eyes wide behind the glasses that rested askew on their
nose.
> "They just... started... fighting!" Koji blurted out,
stumbling to find the word with a tired mind. But it was enough
to get the point across to the queen that now made her way past
them to the courtyard them came from, the open doors and
screaming giving ruse to what exactly the sleep deprived three
were still going on about behind her.
