why is it that my dad can rage and snarl and slam cupboards and
my mum's all gentle and nice and tries to soothe him but I'm not
allowed to be upset EVER and if I am my mum glares at me and
snaps about how "I'm not helping" and I'm treated as if I'm
insignificant and awful and I hate myself so much because I'm
never allowed to feel anything because if I do, I'm just being
inconsiderate to my dad
