Maybe another accent? Like Epik's Souls or something with ghosts
and such on the dragons?

I was thinking that we have prize packs like in major raffles
and the winners get to pick which ones they want.

few super duper good packs so that people are motivated to get
them and then have some colors be "eh", especially colors that
dont have a load of items

Like...if we had red and blue as the top prize packs and then
the next four would be a little less great, the four after that
a lettle less than that, etc.
And then pull names in groups. The first group of people got to
choose from the grand prizes, next group of people from the next
set of prize packs, etc.

but that's just an idea for if we had it as non-profit...
