       St Jimmy walks to the podium.
       "We'll make this short and sweet, I propose that we can discuss
       and alter council proposals before voting."
       The Valgatians propose that, if needed, proposals to the council
       may be discussed by all members and altered ONCE by the
       proposing faction prior to voting.

       St Jimmy returns to the podium.
       "Due to... unforeseen circumstances, I have been notified by the
       gods that my previous proposal must be removed. So here's a new
       one. Let's see how you gods like this one."
       The Valgatians propose a limit of 4 towns per faction

       planet is evenly devided among it's inhabitants, a limit on
       growth is an important measure."

       Maria's walk swayed, her hips moving salaciously. Her back
       straight and head high, with only a slight tinge of redness to
       her cheeks. As usual following behind was Rin, he was watching
       Maria with a concerned look. He knew that walk, it meant
       trouble. Maria was on a mission, and he was feeling fearful of
       her recent behavior. Trying to ignore Maria, Rin looks for the
       potato's feeling sorely disappointed when there are non in
       sight. He removes his whip from his side and carefully traces
       the taut cords while looking at Maria. Maria meanwhile had
       headed straight for the podium. A minor throat clearing preceded
       her announcement. "The Cat of Nine Tails feels that a certain
       someone is very egotistic and is trying to make up for a lack
       there of something" Maria pauses to look at Rin, Rin realizing
       that their were deeper implications to what Maria was saying
       turned red. "Because of these overreached The Cat of Nine Tails
       feels that it is very important to protect every town and
       civilization fairly and so shall be voting accordingly." Maria
       stepped down from the podium with an unusual look of glee.
