       MEP Rules

       There is some simple rules you need to follow while doing MEP'S
       -When suggesting, you must have at least 3 yes'es before putting
       cutting the parts up for people
       -Everyone in that Category (eg Live Action) must give there
       opinion on the song
       -If there seems to be many in a MEP Suggestions in a Category
       like over 10 i will ask you if it was possible to either wait
       till some suggestions have been made into the 'OPEN MEP'S' or
       have you move it into another MEP category like if it was in
       Anime/Cartoon you could move it to Live Action or Both
       -It is possible to have just have one fandom but you must have
       at least 4 people that do that fandom. The song parts will be
       bigger if doing so and will have at least two part to one person
