How to Create a Clan | Format & Rules

The clan system in-game freely allows you to create a clan
however to keep things professional and clean, we request all
the clan leaders to follow the following format and rules before
officially announcing their clan on the Xtreme Warfare forum by
making a topic in this board.
Rules
-Only clan leaders or co-leaders are allowed to make their
clan's topic
-Clan topics are to be regularly monitored and kept updated
-In case of internal clan member ranks, the news about member
promotions and demotions will be posted inside the same clan
topic
-The clan topic must be extremely professional and written with
a high level of English
-The topic must follow the given format or else it will be
deleted
-The clan topic must not be spammed with useless replies
-Clan members and leaders are not allowed to post in other clan
topics unless it is for saying good luck or a clan war challenge
Format
The following are the must-added things in your format. However,
you are free to add more information and make your topic as
detailed as possible, it is all up to you. But keep in mind that
in case of new additions in the format which is completely
optional along with these following must-added ones, you should
make sure that everything is as organized and logical looking as
possible.
Clan Logo
This should include your clan's symbol (if there is any) and the
name of the clan
Clan Tag
Write the clan tag which the clan members will put next to their
name
Clan Slogan
Write here a statement that represents some aspect of your clan
Clan Information
Write some information about your clan as to what is it about
and what are its aims etc.
Clan Members(Examples below)
This section will include the names of all the members along
with their ranks

Write here the rules of your clan which you want your members to
follow

Write here about the clan's clan war statistics if you have
played any yet
Joining Requirements
Write about the requirements that the players must fulfill in
order to join your clan

Write the format that the players must use in order to apply for
