What interests you in becoming a staff member?:
I'd like to be a part of the staff team because it's pretty
obvious that the server needs some worried admins who care about
the reports and performing their duties in general.Well firstly,
I would like to become a staff member of a server named RG
because it is a stunning, intriguing and I really cherish those
who are serving the community by helping, making other players
cheerful. They are called administrators or as i like to call
them ''superintendents''. They are the ones who serve the
community in the best way they can.
They are advantageous to us all with their precious guidance.
They are the protectors of our servers' lands, they care for us
by keeping the dreadful hackers or as i call them ''swindlers''
away from this precious land of our lovely community.
They are the ones who make our gameplay enjoyable.
Administrators are the ones who are one of the most friendly
players over here, their camaraderie makes other players
cheerful and affable. They are the ones who are really dutiful
to our precious community of gaming. So,the reason I'd like to
join the staff team is that I want to support other players with
the appropriate guidance even more, I'd like to support those
who are in need of help. If a newcomer needs help, for example,
how to get more experience in the server, I can simply lecture
him about how to do it, of course if a player asks any other
question, I would always observe him and tell him about this
lovely server. It's an interesting job, you get to help players
out and in turn you get respect and it is only getting more
interesting when you get promoted and you get access to new
tools and commands. Being an operator or administrator is an
honourable duty with some difficulties and challenges. But if
you try to love your job and love the server and players then
you'll find your duty very interesting and joyful. Being
administrator gives you ton of new experience. Helping others,
leadership, problem solving and many others. Being an
administrator isn't really that easy and all that great, but
what makes it worthwhile is when you do something for someone
(like help him get into the game, help him with commands, kick
out a bad person) and they actually show gratitude. A simple
"thanks, I really appreciate it" satisfies you, as you know
you've done something for someone, even if on a game.You may
also know that i am thirty one years old and im dedicated enough
in what I do.
I am able to spend a lot of time on this server, and that means
playing during periods where no admins are online. This is where
I can be the person that is there to assist all the newcomers
should there be an absence of helpers at that particular period
in time and can punish the wrong people with proper reason. I
would absolutely love to do that to be quite honest, it would
give me a real big sense of achievement and make me feel good,
knowing that I have helped a lot of people on my own when no-one
else was available. I've seen many people in need of help of
things that which at times is when nobody not even moderators
respond as they might be busy at the time when the person asks
the question.Basically, I find this position extremely
interesting and motivating, I am more interested in other people
and helping them. I can try my best to help them as I like
helping people a lot. I have knowledge of most of the hacks
which are popularly used in SAMP and so I can help admins and my
fellow staff members in busting the hackers/rule-breakers. I
also want to be a role model for other players that are new,
also, I can speak Lithuanian, English and a lil' bit Russian
that can help me giving more specific information to those new
players who are trying to get known to the server. Helping
others is a brilliant way to assist in server development for
the future, being known as an staff shows that you have basic
understanding about the server and are willing to help the
server expand to an even higher standard then it currently has.
I always loved the idea of helping the new guys of the server,
and sometimes when there are no admins online, I answer the
newbie questions. I believe, that the current average
playercount of this server isn't really fit the efforts made
into it so, as a part of the staff team and a highly known sA-MP
player, I'll try my best to attract the maximum number of
players in order to assist in the upcoming changes that are
taking place within the community and to make TG in a better
place.
What improvements can you bring to the server as a staff
member?:
I've actually mentioned everything above but let me go deeper:
I'm dedicated, active, have a good reputation within the
previous communities I managed to be in. I would like to get a
chance to prove myself and help out the community as best as I
can. I've always enjoyed welcoming and assisting new players to
the server and ensuring they settle in without any issues. Im
the kind who's always quick to answer reports and asks from
players and tried to provide them with as much detail as I could
when answering any questions. I would like to help in whatever
way I can, whether it be trying to get any new players to stay
on the server or suggest ideas that may help improve the quality
of the server. I'm also very bored lately and have nothing to do
until I return to work in 8 or9 months, and even then I'll have
an abundance of free time to dedicate to the server and
community in general.
Do you have any qualities that may push us to choose you over an
other applicant?:
Experienced: I have previous experience as a community managers
for years; I was able to familiarize myself with the vast
majority of commands and common problems that arise, and I am
very familiar with the server rules, both written and unwritten
and I understand how to conduct myself as a member of staff. I
managed to get over 1000 admin actions during the four years I
spent as a servant and kept on good terms with everyone
throughout. Not to mention that im playing SA-MP since 2008 and
I already have a freaking good reputations across this game. I'm
also a scriptr though
Professional: The admins are not hired just to help people and
answer questions, they're also to raise the server's face, not
any random user would be picked as you're the one who'll give
the reputation and respect to the staff team, not them, however,
such positions in the staff team are not handed like chocolate
bars and Im briefly aware of that. Therefore, Im being
professional in every single step I take.
Polite: Being polite is one of the most important values right
besides professionalism because nobody across the world will
like an admin who instantly flips at him. You may sometimes find
me taking things serious and rage.
But meh, if you look briefly into it you'll find out that it was
just to clear things out.

Stated above. Ex-lv8 in a popular community with 200 average
player-base. and a former scripter

I'm not that old here but if you read my application carefully,
you will notice that I'm having a huge experience as a regular,
a staff and a scripet.

No offence mate but do you really think that a professional
scripter and a regular damp player since 2008 can't post a
picture of his stats? I'm just not home ATM. However, my
statistics are not so satisfying since I'm not an old here. So
could you beet with it and judge upon my application meanwhile?

If you're saying that im immature then you must have zero clue

your stats and be active player befor apply for this position.
