       To the left, under a posters Avatar, there is a SMITE / APPLAUD
       link. I encourage you to use this function in encouraging
       posters. That is the karma gauge and rewards will be given for
       high "karma". Do not abuse this system. It is not for a
       popularity contest, but rather for rewarding others for
       constructive postings.
