Third Eye Openers

I was listening to this when I lay down last night, with big
headphones on and it quickly knocked me out like a light. I woke
with a start at 3:33 (again!) and the headphones were off my
head across the bed and the phone was off. It's likely I'm going
to continue watching this video at night for a while. The tone
was soothing. The other third eye opener was a bit abrasive to
my senses.
