       Empowering the Aura
       Visualize yourself in a electric blue energy field. Breathe the
       energy in while making your aura brighter and your light body
       (astral body) brighter each time. Feel it getting stronger.
       &#8203; Do it as much as you are comfortable with and complete
       your meditation. A strong aura will make it much harder for
       negative energies to interact with you and affect you. Also, a
       strong aura is always important when you step up to the advanced
       section.
