Maybe I should have one to spank me every time I touch junk
food. I don't need the criticism...that only makes me rebellious
and stronger willed to do just the opposite.
But a reward system I do understand. Also spankings. Even though
I also like them.

TMW I yelled at the aethyrs today, so mad I had to make the

kitchen... don't ask me how long it was since the last

TMW you're in the gym, surrounded by buff guys and your 30 pound
weights and fifteen reps makes you feel embarrassed. Suck it,
gym rats. Mama needs to tone up. I'm starting off very slow with
my routine. It was my first night in the lifting gym. I did a
few laps around the track, first. It's hard not to feel
discouraged but I have to remind myself that it's not a
competition. Self Love. Self Care.
