       Mastery of the Void and why it is important.

       Best way of mastering the void goes through regulating the
       breath. Perform this meditation for at least 6 months, in at
       least one of your meditation session through out the day/Couple
       times a week.
       Get a candle (preferably black/blue/green/red). Sit comfortably
       in a dark room (lotus position) and light your candle.
       Now, focus/look at the candle. This part is the MOST important.
       Take in  breath (slowly) 11 second, hold your breath for 9
       seconds and slowly exhale for 9 seconds.
       Do this while you are focused on the candle and nothing else.
       After completing at least 7-10 cycles of breaths, close your
       eyes and try to see the candle by continuing the 11-9-9
       breathing. Remember to completely relax your body, breathe to
       your chest through your nose and ALWAYS exhale through your
       mouth. you can perform 11-11-11 instead of 11-9-9 or 6-6-6 too.
       Its up to you, whatever you feel comfortable with.
       Perform this meditation AT LEAST 15 minutes. 5 minutes with open
       eyes 5 minutes with closed eyes and completing the meditation
       with another 5 minutes with open eyes.
       ​
       As you exhale you can "feel" or visualize going in space. Seeing
       the Earth smaller and smaller with each exhale, ascending in to
       the depths of space can achieve complete silence and help you
       deepen your void.
       Feeling of falling deep down on Earth instead of space is
       another technique. Your Concentration has to be rock solid. This
       meditation will help you getting into the void and gives you a
       chance to practice your visualization at the same time.
