       Pranayama - Four Fold Breathing

       I started to use FFB when I was very young and this really helps
       to get into a very relaxed meditative state...and is usually
       what I do in order to "lift" for out of body travel if I'm not
       in a huge hurry. I can pop out anytime if needed, but I prefer
       to lift out gently. It's also great for lowering my blood
       pressure or calm myself.
       Breathe in count of 4
       Hold for count of 4
       Exhale for count of 4
