       Shielding

       One method of preventing and curtailing magic attack and psychic
       attack by humans and entities alike is to learn shielding. More
       information on this will be added as time permits.
       IMHO, if you don't know how to shield, you have NO business
       messing around in the world of magic. It is, perhaps, even more
       important than meditation.
