       Do You Consider HTML A Programming Language?

       Now this is a Topic that I would consider Controversial in the
       Programming Community. That is, if HTML is a Programming
       Language or not.
       Now, I've always taken HTML as a Programming Language. It's only
       now that I have stopped considering it as a Programming Language
       and taking it as a Markup-Language. Because that's what HTML is.
       It's a Markup-Language like RSS and XML.
       So again, do you consider it to be a Programming Language? For
       me, not anymore.
