Disable heavy vehicles

Hows about cmds like /dishydras to destroy all hydras same for
hunters. Cmds like this for event purposes. And of course a cmd
to enable them.
What yall think? :P

This can be Useful Sometimes...When There Got LOTS of
Newbie..and 1 of us Make Power Abusive...
The Power Abusive kill all Newbies and They Leave and say "THIS
SERVER SUCK!!" ..Then all leave..
With this CMD.We as Admin can AVOID this Thing!!make Our Server
FUN!! :D

Must type /explode 20 time?!
