       Know what you are getting involved in:
       1) When you got hired as an Operator do not think you can still
       go around having fun all day. You have a job now! I we really
       suggest you do it or you'll be fired.
       2) Oh My Gosh!!!. You are an admin. I have new CMDs to abuse!!
       ;D ... NO! Any admin caught abusing his/her commands will be
       fired and maybe even banned. You were warned...
       3) Being an administrator or operator means other players look
       up to you... In other words you set the example. In other words
       if you flame/curse they think it's okay too. It's not!
