       You need 1500 score.
       Need 3 admin supports.
       Never issued a ban.
       Reason application got Denied.
       1st Reason:Dosen't meet requirments.
       2nd: Asking for votes from members.
       3rd: Pming admins to look on your app or asking for progress.
       4rd: Banned for cheating.
       5rd: Provoking admins/members for his app.
       Only staffs can vote on applications.
