When i go to Add Funds, its something like--

When I click on the arrow on the Amount panel, there are no
options! How should i add a certain amount?

I did! There is a bug.. When i click on the link you've given,
India is not there in the list.. But, when i go to onebip.com
and register, India is there in the list.. so I don't think I
can pay from India.. :(
