different countries and a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
The Cocaine player community is much like the larger, real-world
community: while most people within it are honest, courteous and
respectful of others, there are a small number of individuals
whose behaviour has the potential to alienate or offend. It is
for this reason that we have an Offence System, which has been
designed to help protect our players from this disruptive
minority.
If, in the course of play, you come into contact with another
player whose behaviour you consider offensive or aggressive,
there are a number of options available to you. The first is to
add the player to your Ignore List, or adjust your chat
settings, so they cannot continue to bother you. Most minor
incidents can be dealt with in this way, and neither you nor
Cocaine Staff will need to take any further action.
If however, you witness another player presenting a serious risk
to other players or the integrity of our game, the Report Abuse
feature is in place to allow players to escalate these problems
directly to us.
Occasionally, innocent players might find themselves falsely
accused of committing an offence, perhaps because they made an
innocuous comment that was misinterpreted by another player. For
this reason, reported incidents will be investigated thoroughly,
and any evidence will be carefully evaluated, to ensure that
innocent players are not given unwarranted penalties. Players
who feel that they have been falsely accused of committing an
offence should submit an appeal via the

The Cocaine rules are organised into three categories: Honour,
Respect and Security, just like Runescape. Please take some time
to familiarise yourself with these rules before playing

We expect our players not to cheat or indulge in dishonest
behaviour. With this in mind, the following behaviour is deemed
unacceptable:
[*][B]Macroing, and use of bots or third-party software[/B]
[spoiler="Macroing"]Software that can be used to gain an unfair
advantage in our games may not be used.[/spoiler]
[*][B]Buying, selling or sharing an account[/B]
[spoiler="Buying, selling or sharing an account"]Each account
should only be used by one person. [/spoiler]
[*][B]Multiple logging-in[/B]
[spoiler="Multiple logging-in"]You must not log into more than
one account at any time. [/spoiler]
[*][B]Knowingly exploiting a bug[/B]
[spoiler="Knowingly exploiting a bug"]Players must not use any
cheats or errors which they may find in our software. [/spoiler]
[*][B]Cocaine staff impersonation[/B]
[spoiler="Staff impersonation"]Players must not attempt to
impersonate Cocaine staff in any way, for any reason. [/spoiler]
[*][B]Scamming[/B]
[spoiler="Scamming"]Do not try to persuade another player to
give you their password. [/spoiler]
[*][B]Advert blocking[/B]
[spoiler="Player advert blocking"]Players may not deliberately
block or hide the adverts. [/spoiler]
[*][B]Encouraging others to break the rules[/B]
[spoiler="Encouraging others to break the rules"]You must not
encourage or help others to break any of the Rules of Cocaine.

[*][B]Dicing[/B]
[spoiler="Scamming"]If you Claim that the dicer has scammed you.
It will be a rematch, (thats if you have no screen
shots/videos.) Failed to do so will resault in jail until you
give back the items to the player. DO NOT always call a rematch
every time you lose tho and that the dicer has won fair and
square. If you do that, your just a sore loser.[/spoiler]

Players and Cocaine staff are entitled to the respect of the
other members of the player community. With this in mind, the
following behaviour is deemed unacceptable:
[*][B]Inappropriate language or behavior[/B]

any language which is offensive, racist or obscene. Also
includes discrimination, solicitation, threats, bullying and
spamming. [/spoiler]

It is of the utmost importance that the personal security of our
players is not jeopardised while playing Cocaine. With this in
mind, the following behaviour is deemed unacceptable:

privacy and safety, players must not ask for personal details.

[*][B]Advertising other websites/private servers[/B]
[spoiler="Advertising other websites/private servers"]Players
should refrain from actively advertising in any of our games or
forums. [/spoiler]
[B][CENTER][SIZE=4]Ownership Rights[/SIZE][/CENTER]
Your account belongs to the Cocaine Administration and we are
allowed to modify your account when needed, you do not own your
account as the Administration of Cocaine does. Complaining to
the Administration about modifications of X account will be
ignored as we own all of them. However, we will not modify
anything without a valid reason.
