Building a FIA Mustang
This is a powerful but heavy car, braking is very challenging
and in tricky conditions this car is a handful, we recommend
familiarisation with the car before racing it. It is very
difficult to be consistent and extremely tricky to race within
pack setting so be prepared to drive cautiously and make
positions back with it's power.
Engine
Race exhaust -400cp
Race Filter - 200cp
Race intake - 400cp
Race Carb - 200cp
Race Ignition - 200cp
Engine
Sport oil and cooling - 50cp
Race flywheel - 100cp
Race Camshaft - 600cp
Race valves - 200cp
Race pistons - 400cp
Platform
Street brakes - 150cp
Race roll cage - 150cp
Ballast if needed to make 1220kg weight - 0cp
Race front anti roll bar - 150cp
Street rear roll bar - 50cp
Race springs - 600cp
No weight reduction this cars homologated weight is 1220kg
Tires
Standard width
Street tires - 700cp
Wheels
Stock rims size with suitable classic race style wheels
recommend American racing torq thrust as most authentic
Drive train
Sport Transmission tuned for 4 gears - 200cp
Sport diff - 200cp
(Optional) max Race Clutch -100cp
(Optional) - Sport driveline
Aero
(Optional) option 3 hood (just good pins) - 25cp
This should give you a 395hp, min weight 1220kg (wheel hood
dependent) beast with around 530pi in class B
Remember this car is the fastest touring car on a clear track
with optimal weather, but it's the hardest to be consistent in
and difficult to manage in poor weather, shorter tracks and you
have to be super cautious in traffic as you will have smaller
cars flying past in the turns.
