       Restaurant makeover shows

       Anybody watch those failing restaurant makeover shows on the
       Food Channel and elsewhere (i.e. Restaurant Impossible, Kitchen
       Nightmares)?
       I've been thinking of restaurants as pictures of various
       churches. Some do real well and others don't (and I'm not
       talking numbers). The problems that the restaurants have in the
       TV shows seems to be pictures of problems that we find in
       various churches: pride, blindness, poor quality food and
       service, lack of cleanliness, lack of unity and cooperation,
       etc. The solutions shown in the programs also seem applicable.
       Any of you watch these programs and see similarities?

       Now that you mention it, there really is a similarity. Jesus
       said, "Feed My sheep." But how many really feel edified by their
       local church experience?
