It took all night, but I finally managed to decode my fraps of
the practice stint. As of writing this, it's still uploading so
plz give it time. It's unlisted so it's for your eyes only, plz
don't share :)

Great work with the setups guys. I've been using Sergey's last
setup and I'm managing mid 37s on full fuel runs and it feels
rock solid.

Had a good 30 laps with the setup eric posted last page. From
37's to 40's in traffic on full fuel, tires started slipping
after about 20 laps, had to take it a bit easier... wasnt too
bad until the end of the run overall.
popped on new tires and low fuel for 3 laps in the 36's in a
row... So in my opinion, theres decent consistency (maybe a bit
more drop off than the setup from the roar) and a little more
speed over one lap. so im a fan of that setup for sure. ill have
to try the other one though to compare, might have some time
tomorrow night to try it out. seems like we are down to 2 setups
to choose from for the race.
getting excited again! Was watching the real daytona 24... one
of the owners said, we are going to lap for 23 hours and race
for the last.. good advice!

Ok haven't had a chance to drive in a while but tried Bill's 1.6
setup and liked it but it wasn't as stable as Sergey's Final
setup. I was doing 1:37s and then consistent 1:38s. Need to
practice more to get faster...
Was doing some crazy things in practice and the setup was super
stable, forgiving, consistant and felt good to drive. I feel
like I can go on auto pilot with this setup so I like it! :D
I did a full stint and didn't change tires, was doing 1:40s with
full fuel, so don't think it's work double stinting tires,
unless you have less then 10 laps and need a splash and dash but
even so, it's only 15s to change tires...
Well said Justin, I've also been watching the real Daytona 24hr,
really getting me pumped for our race!
Ok so looks like we have a setup, I'm not opposed to tweaking
but at this time it would be nice if the whole team got used to
one setup, race is only in a few days...
I haven't heard of iRacing confirming the change in repair
system yet, let's hope it's coming tomorrow...
Again, great job to all who worked and tested setups, awesome
stuff! :)

Was just checking iRacing, looks like they're putting out a new
build, let's hope this means the new repair system!

can you email or link the final setup, just to be sure we all
are using exactly the same thing?

I'll have to resend email later, its the daytonaspecialfinal
setup. Typing from phone...
iRacing has released their build with the new repair system and
given the Hpd 3 new final diff ratios to chose from.
if anybody has time to test that would be great, I will only be
able tomorrow...
pretty exciting stuff!!!
