OK, short amount of practice later and times are tumbling.
Consistent 51's now and confident I can get that down to mid
50's. Still way off Sergey's times but not the enormous gap I
       was worried about.

No, you're not. Fastest I've been able to do is high 1:49, could
possibly do low 1:49 on low fuel, but not sure how tire
degradation will affect lap times later on in the stint.
Also, don't worry about being off or on pace, I probably won't
be able to start the race because I'll need to take car to
service, as long as there is a car for me to drive, I'll drive
       it :)

Hey Guys so I put up the preliminary schedules in google doc,
Sergey and Dave I'll leave you two figure things out and to make
you own team clean machine team2 in iRacing
Eric I put up my ideal time slots, please let me know if it
works for you, if not we'll work things out. I know you rather
schedule with number of stints so let's figure that out but for
now I just posted time slots to get things going...
Car 1 is Eric and Mikhael:

Dave. I know I said I won't be able to make the start, but if
what I've read is true then the race will start at 13:00 GMT,
which is 7 AM my time. I will be able to make the start, and
would like to do the first stint, then hand it over for a few
hours while I go get my car serviced.
If that's OK with you, go ahead and put me in for the first
hour, if not, I'll be OK :)
I'll be emailing you a setup. Feel free to tweak it to how you
like it. Make sure you take a setup and run at least half a
stint in practice with it. If you make a change, try to run a
long stint to see how the car behaves throughout the stint.
       It's happening! :D

Yeah, that's no problem Sergey. I'll be happy to let you have
the fun of those first few crazy laps.
Sorry for not replying to your email, I seem to be able to
recieve mail but not send on that account at the moment.#
Been trying out the 0.7 version setup and finding it a bit of a
challenge over a full stint. Understeer seems to come and go and
then come back again. :o Still damn good fun though.
       Yeah, it's happening alright ;D

I'll be working on a setup. For now, try some of the newer
setups from Allan Paterson. If it's still too understeery just
dial break bias to about 58.5 or so, usually works for me.
Careful under braking the car can snap if the wheel is turning
       if you do that though.
Also, I'll be on a lookout on whether they schedule it to start
at 7 am or 8 am.. If it's 8, you'll need to start, so we'll
probably need to have a version of the schedule where you start
and a version where I start, just so we remember our time slots.

I'm finding brake bias at 58.5 good also. The more I drive with
that setup the better it feels. The less I push the better it
feels. It certainly likes to snap under braking though as you
say. Just need to be aware of that and brake early and smooth.
Anyway, I'm getting used to it so all cool.
Not a problem with the start time. I'm pretty sure it'll be 8am
(1pm for me) but I'll be around in plenty of time for whatever's
needed - perfectly scheduled for me being a mid day start. I'll
be around pretty much all day so sticking to our stint schedule
or not is optional - I can just jump in the car when you've
gotta go or you need a break - whatever is optimal.

       Sounds good.
Try to aim for 1:51 on full fuel. I'm still trying to see if I
can qualify in low 1:50's high 1:49's. 48 Q time is pretty much
out of the question, but we'll see.

I don't seem to be able to register to sessions as team Blue
Dragon. Does Sergey have to make me admin to be able to register
the team? Might be an idea in case Sergey can't make the start.
